Arbroath slipway

Hi All I've just been reading that this long awaited slipway was started in January 2013 it is to take eight weeks to complete,at a cost of £120.000.Has anyone seen it?it is going to be free with plenty of parking so they say. If this is the case then Dunbar will have to rethink their charges.
