Arbroath Marks...
Fantastic ......pretty much sums it up the cod capital of england/scotland .. I was based up there for ten years at the mighty 45 Commando Royal Marines ..MARKS: The prom or back of ballys night club is fantastic on flood, ebb, Queens drive rd ...this is basically situated at the beach were by parking your car and fishing.Bait bluey can do some damage and when the fish are feeding just about any bait you put out there. Harbour wall can be productive , beware big swells ,and big tides are dangerous around there .Heading towards Kings drive ..the north of arbroath "the cliffs " in front is an array of skeers deep gullys that fish high and low water. There is a shot call mary anne rock ,which you can stay on before the flood, not advisable for big tides just in case .However ,loads of scope around this area .Move on further Auch mithie north Eathie mains ,Usan ...there is a small beach situated with deep gullys long skeers either side ..further north again heading way out of arbroath towards the lunan bay are cracking shots all the way up .hope this helps
