Well another practice session was had at Blemont in Geelong with a great time had by all who attended.

Brett Manders:
Once again reached a respectable 149.3 meters after a break from casting - A great effort given that he hadn\'t slept  from his Snapper fishing session the night before.

Chris Gamble :
Another new face on the casting scene progressed up from sub 100 meters to an excellent 156.4 meters :D casting OTG and with borrowed equipment. A great effort and we hope to see more of Chris in the future.

Sam came down for a look as he has injured his leg and was unable to cast today.

Lee Andrews:
A brilliant end to the day saw Lee cast exceptionally well in the later part of the day after being in the wars with snap offs and missed timed cast.
Final distances were:
120 Gram = 214.75 meters :D
150 Gram = 217.90 meters :D
175 Gram = 227.30 meters Great result with the big lead. :D

P.S Lee had to beat me :P by borrowing my XD2 - Why did I do that :?

After leading for the better part of the morning and only having a few backlashes and break offs I conceded to my young friend.
125 Gram = 207.50 meters
150 Gram = 215.45 meters :D
The new technique is slowly working out.

And the battle will continue.

Hoping to see more people at our next meet.

Regards
Jeremy :D

Jim ,

I will keep you guys posted as I find that the younger guys like to have their achievements recognised and they then try harder to improve which is only good for the sport.

regards
Jeremy :D :)

Jeremey can you not get some of your casting lads posting on here,be nice to hear from them whether its casting or fishing reports ;)

Jeremy,
As the lads have said......please keep the reports coming - it\'s great to have you posting on NESA (and if you can get some of your lads signed up - so much the better). You\'re the most distant NESA member we\'ve had (although some would say I\'ve been a bit \"distant\" myself, at times.....hahahaha).

By the way - you are eligible to fish for the \"South of the Tyne\" team (see the \"NESA TYNE CHALLENGE TROPHY\" Forum.........Lol. )
