34 Members fished on Tynemouth Pier from 10 til 2-30 all hoping for another big un. It wasn't to be as only 14 troubled the weigh man and they were mainly small fish.

1st Steve Harper 5 whit, 1 coaly, 1dab 3 lb 13 ozs
2nd Norman Douglas 5 whit, 1 dab 3 lb 12 ozs
3rd Sid Galbraith 3 coaly, 1 dab, 1 flounder 3 lb 9 ozs

H/F Coaly 1 lb 6 ozs Neil Garner
