We managed to get on to Tynemouth Pier and almost fished the whole competion from 10 til 2.15 before we were washed off. Anyway 16 hardy souls turned out , all expecting bag fulls of fish with the sea just dropping off. Alas it was not to be as only four members weighed in the following
