BA carpark

[Blanked again]

Took my brother in law fishing at the BA carpark as we were at a loose end. Fished 2 till 6 over the high tide. Caught 16 between us, 5 whiteys all undersize and 11 flounder up to 40cm. All returned.
Rag and squid took nowt, all caught on frozen macky using 2 hook flappers.
Canny bit sport which kept him interested.

Great sport mate (he's from the Leam too). Will be taking the grandson down when schools break up, should keep him busy but also very comfy to fish from for a 7 year old.

It's behind Newcastle business park, Scotswood road mate. If your driving from the B & Q end turn right when you reach the lights at the Audi garage. After about 250yds there's a right turn (blink and you will miss it). Park at the bottom of that ramp but DO NOT go through the barriers and your there. It's a canny walk to the fishing spot though, about 9 or 10 yds

Ha ha Not yet mate, don't want to tempt fate.
Once i get a decent coddy from the shore i might consider it though
