Fishing Crawlies on Friday night (lost a clonker at my feet, but that’s another story) my pal dropped his phone into a large hole.

We turned up the next morning 8am, armed with builders buckets !

What else would you rather do eh

Mission was a success, phone retrieved and SIM card working fine.

Ahhhhh, Geoff, I’m never one to say “I lost a big fish or out” but mate, I lost a big :mad: fish !

Had to pump it in all the way, couldn’t get its heed up, and lost it 10 yards away.

Snapped hook length !

Next time eh.

ok Steve,thats the fish report finished {hard to bare mind},what about the baleing out story.
how long did it take yous @ how much water was left in hole,when yous could scratch about till yous retrieved it.

Was a 7ft hole 5ft wide.

You’d of needed a towel to get the dregs out that we left.

we drained it. He got his phone and and the insurance is sorting it. Happy days.

I tried to upload photos, but the Tapatalk app is not letting me on NESA, I have to use the internet on my phone.
