in a word none

the tackle shop in fort willliam keeps a very small selection of frozen stuff and thats it - and will cost you an arm and a leg

take a shovel or a fork and dig your own, drive around past corpach, the shores of loch eil will provide a few worms, half hour or so drive to arisaig, traigh beach by the golf course, plenty big blacks, rag few king rag as well as a few whites, huge mussels down by the low water line, next beach over towards mallaig from there, loads of razors, and giant clams (as well as worms)
