Bait digging Blyth

So after 3 calls to NCC then got told by the coastal warden to ring blyth port a very helpful lady told me that you can dig for bait at cambios in front of houses and under jetty no problem and your not breaking any bylaw.
Just a heads up in case anyone like me was wondering!

Are you talking about the Blyth estuary or Cambois beach?

It's the river. The area is called Pans sands I believe. I used to dig for Rag there a long time ago!
