I was mooching around the Wing Yip chinese supermarket in Croydon the other day and they had Razor fish about 6\" long for about £4-50 . Rough guess there was about 40 in the packet

Squid was about £1-oo for a pound . Taking the cool box down after xmas .

Yer Dave thats where we get our squid and that from since we found it out.Hell of a saving, shame i never get down china town anymore.

try stowell street in the toon, or the one on percy street. Prices are pretty much the same. They also sell dried whitebait, which is great standby, its as tough as shoe leather but gives off a great stink. Tried it last year fly fishing! stick one on a 1/0 o\'Shaugnessy, bit of elastic just in case and away you go. Was terrific for pollack & mackeral
