Bass on shields big beach

Well never been out for a while as god doesn't like working fishermen coz every weekend has been ****e .
So decided on the big beach , why I don't know , got there at 9 and fished till 2 , fishing two rods with 2 hook flappers,
First cast with rag and macky a double shot

The tide was coming in and I was getting a fish a chuck



Then a 1lb 6onz

Then as the tide started to recede I put a small pulley pennel on with double rag and them this 1lb 6onz owa the moon

A nice session that mate which part of the beach did you fish I find just right of the the sand dancer pub is the best spot

Cracking session there Paul and a lovely bass. There were tons fishing the pier today with not a lot to show. Looks like you chose right fishing the beach.

Cheers lads , mark I clipped down a pennell rig and cast about 80-100 yards it just hit and ran , the top hook of the pennell got it , i think I lost one on the 2 hook flapper on the sand bank , canny fight and it let loose , but me suppers in the fridge

well done mate plenty of flaty's for u and a nice bass to wish i fished that beach now had to park my car along there as the ticket machines were'nt working at the pier would have saved me the hike aswell.
