Beadnell Point or was it Roker Pier

Just had a walk along the point at Beadnell. Went along carrying nothing, came back with two carrier bags (full) and a spool of F1. I would expect this at Roker Pier but not on the lovely coastline of Northumberland. Howay lads, let's take away the rubbish before we get a bad name ( or in my case a worse name )

Many thanks blackrat, I am attending the Berwickshire and North Northumberland Coast European Marine site for my annual beating from the AONB and EMS forum over RSA litter and bait digging next week, actions like yours just help our cause, not that it should be there in the first place, regulation is on the cards for all these areas that will include the new MCZ running from Alnmouth to St Marys. So thanks again for clearing up other peoples thoughtless actions. Beadnell has a particularly strong representation at these events.

Sadly it seems Beadnell, along with Dunstanborough is getting worse for litter. It's absolutely mindless ignorance as far as I can see. If you carried it there with you it is just as easy to carry it off. Well done on clearing up others mess and keeping our coastline clean!

yeah mate, I was actually going to edit the post with the afterthought that non members are looking in and that makes the scope bigger than just us members. Anyway, I just can't stand going on a mark that's littered and before I do anything I always get the debris out of the way. That's a bit of a porky like, I always chuck out and then clear the decks
