fancy taking the boat to beadnell one weekend any one have any info to share marks bait etc or any cordinates never been there so would appreciate any info at all thanks jonty
Only been out from Seahouses on a charter so don't know the marks in that area. Had some good catches on crab and prawn baits. A good mackrel flapper sometimes does the trick for ling.

Mostley on hard ground for cod and pollack. Have taken a couple of good ling from the wrecks.
I just buy the prawns with the shell on from tesco,s about 5quid a bag. I,m too lazy to take the shells off.

I have been out on a charter boat for the last couple of years when we have caravan holidays up at Seahouses. Prawns are a cracking bait. Usually sold on the boats for £2 a bag. I just hook em on with the shell on.
For some reason at Whitby the prawns are not as good.
