It could improve any day, but at the moment it\'s poor.
There are very few fish showing, there should be a few fish inshore by now but they are very thin on the ground.
If he gets out to the marks around the Hirst they should see a few fish but nothing big.
A marked improvement in the past few days, there\'s plenty fish there now to make it worth while. The only problem now is that the weather is sh*te and the sea is rough.
my mate was out from amble on sunday. there was 5 on the boat and they all got a few fish. my mate got 7 between 2-3lb.biggest fish on boat was 6lb. there was a few coalies and haddock too.

It\'s certainly picked up a bit now Ninja, I was out tonight and had a few decent fish. On a Prommise is getting some decent fish as well, there are some better fish starting to show and in decent numbers as well.
Biggest tonight was 6lb 7oz from the rough ground.

Neil, is that a P13 or 15 ? Nice layout there too.
it\'s nice to see another Kayak Angler out there. Where do you fish? Berwick area?
Me and my \"Yak Pal\" Wayne were out yesterday from Seaburn beach and had a crackin day out, six hours on the water and the last 2 hours saw us catch on the flood after the tide turned. I had 11 Codling all in and Wayne got a PB Cod of 9lb 8oz here\'s a link to the report at KFUK http://www.kayakfishinguk.net/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?1485
