First trip out this year March, 13lb-4oz pollock P.B.

Summer, well, what there was of it.

Had a few good trips out and never blanked along with some nice stamp of fish, all caught within 4 miles of the shore.
Great thread Chris, with some fantastic photo's and crack.

Being a good year sea-otter 2 this man miles rudge nailed this halibut back in may it went 37lb .

The 5 mile ground of whitby back in june was fishing its head we had had a big day and the group of lads who were on the following day let me down at 10pm that night so with the forcast being good myself and my crewman went for a few hours we were back in the harbour at 12am it was non stop on the shad every drop for 3 hours those lads missed some fantastic fishing sent them this picture of what they missed the phone never stopped ringing a couple of days that stick in my mind from over the last summer.

Cracking fish for rich we lost one in this last festival under the boat slipped the hook.

He told me to gaff it............I told him I'd never gaffed a fish in my life, he said "Feck sake, hold the Fecking rod then!"

I was panicking, worried that he might lose it !

Job done though, thank goodness.
