Best place for Wednesday night

The sea is forecast to drop off tomorrow, with light Westerlys for the evening. Any suggestions between S.Shields and Roker. Was thinking about Seaburn for a change but haven't heard of much getting caught there.

Most places will chuck out fish. Look out at low tide for any new holes created by the rough seas over the last few days.
