What didnt he say!? He was a good bloke around the fishing part of the forum, but sorry to say on this part of the forum an utter prat. Spoke a load of bollocks most of the time and his personal threats made me feel uneasy even though they were not directed at me.

I don't know what NESA policy is regarding banning of members, but I think they got it spot on with this ban. I believe in second chances but can bigphil really complain? he was on 22nd chance.
Hope he is eventually forgiven though, like I said he was a good guy elsewhere and also good contributor around the rest of the forum.
Same goes for Marco - seemed a good lad, but probably deserved his ban - hope he is allowed to return eventually too.

I'm sure he is mate, NESA has lost a good contributor in Phil...but honestly, can you really say he did not deserve it for all his posts in this part of the forum?
Just read Mark's post on the other thread, which answers my question from above - banned = permanent

A few weeks ago we were all warned about personal insults obscene language etc, I heeded the advice he didn't, so he got himself banned. Simple as that really.
