the handles have selling on ebay for quite a while now, quite a few ladson shields pier have have been using for them at least 5--6 months if not longer

yeah spotted them on flea bay but spoke to Michael at Penn and he had some in stock so just got one of his. I,ll be trying out tomorrow at Hartlepool all being well.

Had 1 of them for a while and there not as nice to use as a standard handle :( me mate has 1 too and he's not too impressed, they just feel a bit too big.

have to agree with you also with it being a metal handle they will not be friendly on the fingers when the snow and ice comes, so whit a bit foresight i have cut a inch piece of inner tube and slid it over the round part so no chance of fingers sticking to the handle on those early frosty mornings
