Blackpool illuminations

Roker pier that is...... Went down for high water and its the busiest I've ever seen lol. So fished the rough stuff just down from the barrier. 3rd cast got a nice clean codling about 1lb 1/2. As the tide was going back out, things went quiet, but as I was prepping a cocktail up ready for the next cast I got massive slack liner which felt like a good fish but then hung me up. haunted me for the rest of the night, typical when I never had a rotting bottom on. Lad fishing next to me had a kanny fish but lost it on the lift. Good start to the winter, hope it carrys on with bigger pigs. Baits used was lug, rag and makeral.

Nice fish mate , I was down the end and only seen undersized codling , but plenty of whitting , ya reset about Blackpool like LOL , ya could of lit a football pitch up with all those lights ........
