blyth beach 1st Dec

fished from 4.30 til 9.30 at middle of blyth beach with ray, caught hand sized flatty with 1st cast on a size 5/0 hook, gready little ba*$a*d. after turn moved on a bit and caught 2lb ish codling, first this season so pretty chuffed
hopefully things can only get bigger?
hpoefully going to fish at hadstone tomorrow.

could see your lights further up the beach and would of liked to call up for a chat but didnt have time, had some brown ale chilling in fridge calling my name.

Nice one Derek ,I had a 5 inch coley take a 4/0 with a big bait tonight ,shame it lost it's eye while doing so.
