Blyth beach 22 01 07

Keith and I intended to fish the north end of Whitley Bay on the small prom tonight but it was heaving by the time we managed to get there.

A quick drive up to Blyth and onto the beach at Stubblies and we were away, not the perfect state of tide to fish it but conditions were nice.

Second chuck and a wee knock followed by a better one and a Codling of about 1 3/4 on the beach. Here's away we thought, wrong. Only bite of the night unfortunately but the usual good crack made up for that.

i we had a good night a good few fish to 4.5, 11 fish in total out again tonight little bay or big bay i think

Very well done Neil, not many people can claim to have caught five Codling in one session around here recently mate.

Lets hope this sea brings a few more in.

Well done Neil ,I spoke to Mark in Frasers earlier he said the beach was mega weedy when he got there last night ,hope it's all pushed up the beach for tonight.

just got back in another couple of fish about 3 pound but sea is dropping off all the time
