Blyth beach

Fished the beach in between middle toilets an Astley tonight,9 til 1. I had 3 whiting and 2 codlings,biggest around 3lb.Just took some razors out the freezer.Got 1 from the ranch.I havnt been out for months so it was nice to get a couple and have the beach to myself.

There was a nice surf at the sluice end of the beach.I fished 2 down and 2 up,codlings came on the flood mate.

Good session mate i fished during daylight to wrecky the place for a night session soon, had some good size flounders in daylight.

Got out for a few hours myself tonight on blyth beach during dark.
No coddies but got dab, whiting, rockling & coley. Fished ebb starting 2 hours down from high, not ideal but only time available.

Good sport, canny way to spend a couple of hours after work
