fished from 9am until around 2pm today. plenty people there with all the rumours of mackeral. caught 1 decent size coalie and 1 undersize on spinners. seen only 2 mackeral the whole time i was there both size but still bit early maybe another week or two. plenty people there giving it a go tho

I was there yesterday an had the same luck as u mate. A few nice sized ones brought in beside me but just launce and coalies for me like

no mate just me yesterday fished 12 till about 3.30

ah rite m8, we fishd from 5 till 9, me, me son ryan, lucky chris and maceral mick.
we had a rite good laugh on the end, thats wat it`s al about, and a few fish.

I'm driving up from London tomorrow to spend a week with family in Bedlington,
hhoping to take the lad to Blyth pier over the weekend, hopefully a few mackies will be in before the wind turns northerly.
