blyth pier again 10-6-11

fished blyth pier yet again from 8 till about 1. Took two rods one for bait and one for spin. Very quiet start with nowt for about an hour the i got a coalie on the bait rod. A few launce started to show on the spinner along with the odd coalie and mackrel. I eventually give up on the bait and just had some sport on the spinner. I ended up with 3 coalie one of which was just under 2lb and three mackrel again one being a canny size.... About 1lb 1/2. Good bit of sport on the light gearthe pier was loaded today you could hardly move but perservered and the weather was great. Cheers alan
