Blyth Pier tonight

just got back from blyth pier, both these fellas in the space of 10 mins about 22:45. razor tipped wi macky and peeler crab tipped with bluey courtesy of someone elses left over bait. if your on here - cheers!

havnt been fishing long so not 100% certain what they are. can anyone help? guess whiting? 3 top fin, 2 botto, teeth and bottom jaw does not potrude, wavy line.

not really. maybe 5 or 6. didnt see anything else caught but passed a few on their way home empty handed which didnt give much hope, god loves a tryer:0)

Defo Whiting mate... member of the cod family.... light flakey fillets, usually used in fishcakes.... get a bag of them and they are spot on! Well done
