Fished pier 5 am this morning. one sand eel. Not to windy to start with.5 rods on end saw one mackeral and three coley.the coley were a canny size. Wind got up and it p--s down. Packed up at 8am.

On the pier myself from about 8pm until almost dark, got 20 Mackerel total weight 14lb my friend got about 10lb of Mackerel and 4 reasonable size coalies and 5 Mackerel, all on feathers or daylights.

Its safe to say the Mackerel are here in large numbers, anyone not catching must be doing something wrong
