Blyth today

Well after a lot of debate on where to go we decided on Blyth, we got there just after 2 pm and fished until 10.30, all 4 of us had fish, nothing exciting they were all small about 8 to 10 inches but it was good sport and at least we didn't blank.
Bait used was rag, lug and squid with most of the fish caught on rag.

Both the pier bad the beach but most of the fish were for the pier

I fished the beach last night at the bandstand near the houses then moved 200yards to the right and nowt both spots. There was at least 6 rods on beach. Anyone else catch owt ?? All baits came back untouched.
