boat rod advice

hello i am looking to upgrade my boat road ive just bought a shimano charter special reel, can any1 advise a decent rod to go with it, in will mainly be shading and daylights ect, thanks in advance

I have just bought a Penn TRQ 20-30lb, well happy with it.

Glasgow Angling center were the cheapest at £60 when other outlets were 100+, i believe they have gone up to 80 now because of the response on them.

Forget that, it snapped yesterday, mind you I was trying to lift the wreck at the time, .... i reckon i had it about 2 hinches up at the @rse end.......the wombles were rollin about p!ss!n themselves.......
