Guys when does the boat season come round again. Insano is up for a trip out so i,m looking at Maggie May. Or possibly a boat out of Shields like Sarah Jane.I,ll lend Insano some of my gear and give him a couple of seasickness tablets.
Hi Mick
My mate Geordie fishes all year round from the boats,weather/sea permitting, sure he was out on the JFK a few weeks ago,def out from the Tyne anyway, give a few ring you might hit lucky
Boat season is all year round but best months or May until late September. My fav month of the year is June by a long way, always seem to do the best in june
hi mick, for me the transition to summer boat fishing has always been easter ish. Every season i always push me luck and fish in early march and always get blown off or blank
we usualy start going off around march mid march
but just inshore drifting the hard ground marks from sunderland
around the middle of may try a few wrecks if nothing back to the hard ground
around june end of june the wrecks come to life
May - June sounds spot on. I would love to wear a tee-shirt and have some sun on me back. I,ll leave me cool box in the motor and put all me massive cod in on my return
april/may june can be some of the best months I reckon, often plenty of good fresh run cod and the big shoals of mackeral haven't turned up to plague you as they can do in mid summer
When does the boat season start ????? mmmmmmmmmmmmm that would be telling
As soon as "SHADY" is back in action
March is the start of the sleepless nights......is that right Keith ?
