Bold Endeavour / short afternoon trip

Set off at 12.45 for a few hours around Amble, target mackerel for wife (she's getting as bad as Alan Charlton) and a try for pollack again! Macky's found in the North bay, good size fat un's at that. Trolled for pollack around the island and Hauxley, very patchy, only half a dozen good ones - the water was dirty in places where the ebb was bringing it out in shallow water.

Picked up this hitch hiker on the way back - think it was laughing at us, then again looking at it's pose I think it must be female!

Still it's better than sitting in the hoose.

Consistancy, them pollock in the sea around Amble must quake in their...........scales every time they hear your boat engine start up. Cracking pics
