Just for those who are intrested,
my pals from the smoke were out fishing on tuesday from there private boat based at bradwell marina. Early start due to the tides. Fished well all day with Smooth-hound upto double figures and some smaller thornback rays. Later during the day they got among the bass catching them like maccy.
Casting onto the sand bars they managed to get the boat stuck so they decided to stay for a bit water to push in during this my pal decided to go for a plodge and do a bit fly fishing for bass successfully catching (3ft deep). funny thing is they were 15 mile off.
amazing place well worth a chuck with plenty charter boats down there including terry batts (vicky emma) and also john rawle\'s charter.
