Braid

Planning on doing some uptideing end of the year, is it possible
to use any sort of braid on a slosh20, or does it have to be round profile. thanks Steve.

No idea mate but a lot of the lads will use it fishing mixed ground so I guess than means sl20sh sized reels.... I think uptiding though will benefit from the stretch of mono meaning when you let out the extra line to make the bow that pulls your sinker into the bottom, I can imagine the stretch mono gives would be much better than braid.... I am a braid fan however so give it a go! lol. im interested how it turns out now! Not take two reels? one mono and one braid, swap over if its causing issues

Thanks for the reply, will try with two reels one with mono and one with braid,
see which one works best, thought a few lads must have tried it and had their
own opinion.
