im a rite tackle tart i have a m427, WR300,dymic LTbullet,blue thunder,century g1,century triple c LD and i have a ron thompson and it is my favorite rod it will handle any situation well worth a 100 pound i have put a new set of fuji rings on as the 1,s that are on are crap that is the only fault

nice rod feel every through it had 1 for 4 years now would not get anything else. got a grays apollo m2 never had it out the bag rather stick with my ron thompson.

whats wrong with the rings,i ve just bought one,tag on rod says fuji rings.dark in colour tho not green.reel seat looks a bit iffy,coaster type .apart from that seems a beast of rod.cant wait to try it.
