Has any one got any details on price, size of fish etc

I\'ve heard mixed reports on this fishery but would love some upto date information.

£17 for 6 fish they stock from 1lb 4oz up to 12lb rainbows, blues and browns up to 7lb the main stay is natural imative patterns buzzers,PTNs,dwial bachs,GRHE and damsels small CDCs and hoppers 8 of us were up their on sunday and had just over 100 between us we fished the boats which is £5 for every 4 hours the bank is quite limited but still worth a try
fishing is from 9am -9pm this is because it is a SSI site the lake is a 50acre mature gravel works but you can only fish half but well worth a look up if your going to boat fish book in advance the no. is 07944178045 and the guys name is cliff

Jim is there a concession for Kids at Caistron ?

just checked my deetz Alan im not sure i cant find anything but i know you can get a father and son ticket which i think you share your bag limit but im sure if you give Cliff (manager) a bell he\'ll put you right straight away

Went there early on in the season. Lovely day out, very scenic. Nothing from the bank, but my m8 took two from the boat, using gold heads. The manager is a really nice bloke and will do anything to help you get to the fish. I took the sporting ticket at £10 and my m8 paid £17 for the 6 fish. Well worth a look. Planning to go up again when I find some time.
