Calcutta 700S

Got a problem with my Shimano Calcutta 700S multiplier, when i try to engage the free spool when going to cast the trigger will not lock in correctly, got a mate to look at it but he couldnt identify the problem, it runs like a dream apart from this fault, anyone got any ideas on how to sort it?

send it back to shimano in wales mate,cheap as chips and spot on .search google and the address comes up.hope this helps

Cheers zippie, will i need a receipt or proof of sale or can i just send it with an explination of fault?

i would think its under gaurntee from the shop still mate ask them where you bought it
