Cambois or Cresswell, low tide, sunday

Shields coast and pier will probably be too busy with the airshow this weekend so i'm planning on going north and fishing Druridge Bay 2 hours up and down high tide on Sunday for flatties. Then I fancy spinning, trying for Pollock or .....Bass.

Will be following the tide out, around midday so looking for the best marks near Druridge, is it worth fishing Cresswell, or would North Hole at Cambois be a better shot? Is there much catching at these marks? Or any better marks around there?

Can cambois beach, around the Wansbeck, be fished at high tide? I could just fish there for flatties then go down to the rocks for the low tide.
