never have - never will...for all the reasons you have stated.

I take it you are questioning why I felt qualified to comment...simply because I have heard it's an unsafe venue from a fair number of reliable sources.

so you think i was implying that you were not qualified to comment on a subject simply because you have no first hand knowledge of it, never walked along it, and have never fished it? how odd.

i'm sure your "advice" (based soley on other peoples opinions) on a dodgy venue, (which you have never fished) will be of great relevance to everyone and may even encourage someone else not to venture along the dangerous pier (as you have never done) and for that i applaude you.

thanks again for all the advice, comments etc, i especially liked the one asking how to change the battery on a tip light a few months ago, quality.
