cambois ramp and blyth beach

me nd my mate went out for a little session last nite. Got to the ramp at 1700 and fished it for 4 hrs. 2b4, 2after high water. going was very slow and we only managed 2 small flatties. moved to the pipe at blyth beach and had a couple hours there. I got a small whiting and my mate got a rockling. packed up at 2300. bait used was rag, lug, mussel and razor.

least you didnt blank mate, i think the man in blyth tackle shop was telling my dad that there used to be a hole around there, might be a bit along from the ramp, but they found that some of the sand from the beach at newbiggin has moved and filled in hole...

Cheers for that razor mate , it helped, not long after you left i pulled a good sized flaty, i was there until about 1:30am or so and thats all i got still no cod yet for me lol i may try again tuesday at the beach as i have lug, crab, razor,runny,squid,mussel and sandeel there
