Well after knowing what was instore for me staying in and to suffer sat night TV, i decided to get out fishin for few hours. so i went to camels, got there last 2hrs of the ebb. the sea conditions looked promising. there was a guy already fishing the mark and had a 4lb cod. as i set up we had a bit banter, he said he was going to try holmes gut. i decided to stay on mark till first of the flood. second chuck seen rod tip give a big double tap, the fish was on. a nice 4lb cod. stayed till first flood, then sacked it. so my decision to get out was a guddin. lol.
