Cos I have been found NOT guilty of obstructing a police officer earlier today.

Turns out that the police lied in court, oooer, isn't that wrong?

Would love for the old post to be resurrected.

We did take it down at the time incase it caused any problems.

Nah, the gear is long gone.................

BUt the decision today means we can take them to court for...

Malicious summonsing (I was only taken to court in the first place as I had made a complaint against them)
Unlawful arrest
Unlawful detainment
Aggravated assault (me)
Assault (carly)
Negligence (they lost my gear)
Loss of earnings
Use of excessive force
and something else but I can't remember.

12 moths of ****e from them but at least the Magistrates saw common sense.
