can i fish the walkway low water?

oright lads am woundering can a fish the walk way on satday night 8pm ish. just it will be low water any help would be help ful thnks spotter

yeahhh, i like it start of the flood mate, 1 hour befor low water, 3 hours of the tide flooding. If you get an ok distance theirs plenty of water their, just none down the side!

ozzy a cant use google maps mate. but the walkway is in south shields. little housing estate called harbour view. just next 2 the groyne lighthouse. hope this helps
