Can you still fish near the pedestrian tunnel down jarrow?

Haven't been for years and that pretty much where i learned to fish. Preferably like to get on the bit that sticks out slightly to the left hand side but when driving past the other day it still looks like there's a load of tunnel work going on.

Anyone been recently or know the crack?

as far as i know u can still fish right along the front of the tunnel

I fished there a year or so ago when there was work going on around and you could still fish it

cant see why you couldnt now as i doubt they will be working that close to the river

yeas you can still fish ther was ther last week 3lb cod and plus cuming out happy fishing

never found it that snaggy when i fished there a few time it is if you fish along by the boats but near the L shaped bit its not to bad

I fish there all the time you can fish both sides at the mo. The middle part is still being done up shouldnt belong before you can fish it again. The boat are not there now but have heard that there coming back when there finished doing the land up behind it
