well went down for 6.30pm till 10.45pm nothing was happening till it got dark apart from the odd undersize whiting then as soon as it got dark l was into my first cod thought that will do me and thought that would be it as tide was ripping out but no l got a further three l was useing fresh crab the lads where useing rag so where hitting the whiting last cast l casted my mates rod for him only for him to land a sized cod on rag all in all a canny night had to head home as l had to get up for the kids off to school l think if l stayed l would of had a few more out but gonna keep my crab for saturday

putting gear away for a week need to make traces and clean reels and try and get crabbing for next weekend a mans work is never done
