son claims off old geezers insurance, who admit full liability and bear the cost(well done liverpool victoria)

sons renewal comes in,despite having protected bonus and not being at fault this incident alone put his insurance up by approx £70:mad::mad::mad::mad:

insurance companies really are taking the p*;s, we`ve moved house recently, and me wifes insurance company only 2day went in2 her bank account and took 30 pound transfer fee. the nice asain gentleman at the call centre got a right earful. !

Was it just because of that as i am paying over £100 more now with 13 years no claims than i was when i first started driving...the prices have gone up something like 34.7% my insurance company said when i moaned then changed to someone else for about £14 less a year.

its the whole "claim" culture we live in today  that's a big part of whats driving up insurance.

people claiming for whiplash when there's absolutely nothing wrong with them really boils my p*ss!! (along with benefit cheats)

a friend of mine bumped into the back of a lady, from a standing start at a round-a-bout....maybe got up to 6 or 7 mph and she slams on the anchors...BUMP!!

Yes, i know there isn't an excuse in the world you can give to get out of bumping into the back of someone, its your own fault - But the fact the young lady grabbed her neck as soon as it happened was comical!! To top it off - she didnt speak a word of the queens!!

P.S. i have nothing against people from overseas living in the UK legally :D

that's not right, I had a bump, my fault, had protected no claims and mine didn't go up other than the normal yearly hike, that is why you PAY for no claims protection.

had the same problem someone crashed into the back of me and wrote my car off last june he admitted fault and his insurance paid out . my insurance expired in august and the price doubled as although the accident was,nt my fault i had still been involved in a accident
ps a little tip i have found the more people who are insured on your car with you as the main driver the price gos down dont know why but it does ;)
