only 2 places you can fish at bill quay and both are fenced off so ide be interested to find out plus theres not that much room in 1 of them
unless you mean the paint works which is classed as pelaw

As far as i know its just further up from the gate so i presume they class that as bill quay. Head down to the marina and follow the road all the way along, hope theres more fish than last week!
