yeah should have come with bag and reducer

if the rod has been built up by the shop on the century blank you wont get a bag unless you ask for 1 at extra cost same with reducers

Got mine with bag but then she had to go shopping somewhere. No reducer though but then again I never asked for a one. The rod bag is cr*p, hole in it after a few months but I don't really care as it's an excellent rod.

Aye a got rod bag and reducer with mine
Should defo with yours

Take it back mate

You will get a bag with a rod built by Century but you probably won't with a shop built blank. Why didn't you ask about a bag when you bought it?

i got it from reelsport and i think they built them in shop . :-(

depending how much you've shelled out for the rod and if it was cheaper than everywhere else this is maybe how they keep costs down by building themselves and not offerring a bag or reducer. if you wanted to buy the reducer and the bag from century cost you another £46 for them both.

I did ask 4 a bag but they said it was extra .i was just asking to see if anyone else had to pay extra for a bag

I bet you got it for cracking price though, compared to elsewhere. Swings and roundabouts. If the shop pays for the bags and reducers they pass the price on. At least you got the option rather than just being lumbered paying for it without any choice in the matter.
