Had a run down the prom today, bumped into my pal who had just built his new rod with k wags couple with a shimano technium, had a couple of casts with this piece of kit and have got to admit the length was abit of a problem the k wags are great for the fixed spool very quite with no ring noise,I use fixed spools but all my rods rung with conventional guides and find them noisy with the braid.

Is that apples with his t1000 blank mate? K guides are a must for me with fixed spool, try the eliminator with braid, very nice.

few wks ago i went down wth my m4 used fixed spool running line braid as was the leader .

i put on a 150 lead for a change forgot to mention rings were the standard black alconites ,
was realy amazed how rod felt no crack offs no noise distace very good but cant walk on water to measure like some.

needless to say wth braid distances are going to be up but rings wise imo dosnt seem to matter to much imo.

John just got a new p3 and it was built with minimas and I forgot to say john 3rd ring from tip ended up flat to the blank due to shocker knot.
