TT Ultralite for sale - VGC, with a few minor scratches (pictures coming tonight)
All the bits included -MK1 - rod bag, century sliding seat etc...
Probably due to the name "Ultra Lite" these rods are over looked by a lot of anglers in our area.
The name is deceptive as this rod is can be used, in my opinion, up to 5oz with a bait absolutely no problem and I would even push it to 6 and say no problem long as you're not a serious caster.
The rod is similar to a TTLD and very similar to a TTLD SM. I have used the TTLDSM alongside the Ultralite and honestly, the difference is minimal - The LDSMs are rated very highly by many but the Ultra Lite never gets put in the same league and I can only think its due to the name
So if you have not used one of these rods before, don't expect a match stick snappable rod, because the ultra lite may be LD and lightweight, but it is a durable rod that is not just for smooth ground as Century describe it.
p.s - first time you cast a 3/4 oz with it you will have a big smile
You can also expect like with the LD rods a smooth, easy cast with little effort.
