Have a look in the \"Charter Boats\" section in the \"Boat Fishing\" forum.
You\'ll find a list containing the details of quite a few N.E. charter boats in there.
I think most (if not all) charter boats carry, or can provide, rods & reels, etc. There may be a small additional charge to hire them - but then again, some might not charge - worth asking the Skipper beforehand.
