Christmas catch report, a little late.

Hello all,
I've only posted the one catch report before so stick with me on this one!
I thought I'd post a few photos as I know I like to see other peoples.
I had a canny break at Christmas, two weeks, so I managed to get out 4 or 5 times in between doing "Christmas things".
Things started well with a few fish to five pound from along Marsden/Target area, here's a couple.

The flat sea's put an end to things however so I had a couple of trips down the Tyne, pretty poor realy and got sick of catching micro-codling, (tyne seems full of them at the minute), bumped into Ecoli on one trip, nice to meet you Ecoli.
Sick of the river I had a trip to the Black Path at Marsden about 3 a.m. one morning. It looked realy good but I only managed tripping over and getting entangled in my rod rest and rod, remember that game when you were a kid "KerPlunk"? Anyway it still hurts so for anyone who hasn't fished the Black Path before, take care it's slippy. On the bright side the walk back to the car was easy with no leads and no fish!
I had more success when I tried along Whitburn.

Mainly smaller codling but ended up with some better ones just at the end of the year, heres's the biggest, not quite seven pound.
I also lost a very good fish when I stupidly tried to lift it.
